Arcam have released an update for the black rCube that dramatically improves its bass performance. The white rCubes have the update already. 

If you have a black rCube then visit http://www.arcam.co.uk/extranethome/tor and download the update. 

The instructions are in the zip file and need to be followed carefully. If you have any trouble come in and see us.
